J-PROGS Photo CDs

Purchasers of this CD-ROM may make free use of the images for 
personal use, or for supporting students in their schools or colleges. 
However, certain restrictions for use apply and you should read 
the following conditions carefully.

1.  These photographs may not be used in any context where 
commercial gain is involved.

2.  These photographs may not be used to promote any product or 
service without the express consent of the copyright holder (J-PROGS). 

3.  If any images included here are included on an internet website, an 
acknowledgement must be included with each image used. This should 
read 'Photograph taken from (title) Photo CD (c) 2006 J-PROGS. 
All rights reserved.'  Notice by email should be provided to J-PROGS of 
cases where these photographs have been posted up on a website 
(email julian@j-progs.com).

4.  If images from the Photo CD are used on an intranet, an 
acknowledgement must be included with each image used. The 
acknowledgement should read 'Photograph taken from 
'(title) Photo CD (c) 2006 J-PROGS. All rights reserved.'

5.  If any of these images are used by students in coursework, they 
must be made aware of the restrictions which apply. They should  
acknowledge the source of the image(s) by including reference 
to this Photo CD in a bibliography.

6.  Where the images are used in PowerPoint presentations, 
appropriate reference may be made to their source, at the discretion 
of the purchaser of this Photo CD.

deemed unsuitable for use by young students in schools.

Installation

Please note that you will be able to use images from this 
CD-ROM without any installation taking place. 
However, most users will probably want to install them
either on a hard disk or network. Full instructions for 
installation can be found on the ReadMe file on the CD-ROM.
